This 2 part debate is between 3rd congressional district candidates Diane Mitsch Bush and Scott Tipton. The 3rd Congressional district covers most of Western Colorado including the counties of Delta, Garfield, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Mesa, Montrose, Ouray, Pitkin, San Juan, and San Miguel counties.
