Last October the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) announced the names of 44 towns across the state awarded road improvement monies from a competitive grant program called RAMP. In Ridgway, Colorado the community will be going to the ballot box on April 1st to determine whether or not they will make use of their $10.4 million one-time-only, use-it-or-lose-it award.
