Kori Stanton

Desi Valentine is a pop singer and songwriter who is from London and currently based out of Los Angeles, CA. Desi and his band performed at the final concert for the Mountain Air Music Series in Ouray, Colorado. KVNF's Kori Stanton spoke with Desi before the show and talked with him about his musical theater background including being part of the original cast of 'The Producers' and what it was like working with Mel Brooks.

Irish band I Draw Slow stopped by KVNF before their show at Pickin in the Park in Paonia, CO. Kori Stanton spoke with the band about the last eleven years and the major differences between performing at home and in the states. I Draw Slow also debuted one of their newest songs called "Terminal Bird" which was inspired by their time traveling through airports while on tour.

Erica spent the month of May at Elsewhere Studios in Paonia focussing on several music projects including interviewing people from the North Fork Valley and she’s also been working on two albums simultaneously.
