Local Motion: Hilltop Domestic Violence Services

Jackie Sievers and Leslie Sparks of Hilltop's Domestic Violence Services respond to the tragic death of Hotchkiss resident Madelaine Loh, 27, who died at the hands of her boyfriend Edgar Macias-Moreno in June. Hilltop serves Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and works to help those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
