Lindsey Watson and Andrea E. Rosenberry are both staff attorneys with Colorado Legal Services. They represent low-income and marginalized/at-risk individuals, and will give a presentation over tenant's rights. This highly relevant workshop will cover such topics as:
- The eviction process
- Housing conditions
- Security deposits
- The Fair Housing Act
- The law pertaining to mobile home parks
