The Empowered Heart Self-Acceptance and Love Workshop with Katie Gray
Join us on Friday, June 16th from 4-6pm at The Hearth in Paonia, Colorado. We’ll be uniting our hearts for an inspirational talk and conversation around self-acceptance and the importance of releasing shame and self-judgement. The workshop will be led by Katie Gray and begin with an overview of the Empowered Heart work (understanding and resolving trauma), followed by a guided meditation and concluded with a community song circle. All ages and genders welcome and encouraged to attend! Donations accepted at the door.
