ABOUT THE RAFFLE

This raffle is a fundraising effort organized by North Fork Valley Public Radio, Inc., to support KVNF Community Radio operations. It is conducted in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

Key Terms:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
Tickets are not tax-deductible
Participants must be at least 18 years old
Tickets may not be purchased for or transferred to individuals under 18
Only one individual’s name may appear per ticket
KVNF board members, employees, contractors, and their spouses/partners are not eligible to participate
A maximum of 5,499 tickets will be sold
Ticket numbers are not guaranteed to be issued in sequence

Online Ticket Sales and Distribution:

Receipts with your unique ticket number(s) will be emailed
Ticket stubs for online sales will be entered into the drawing
U.S. Postal regulations prohibit mailing physical tickets
If you do not receive your ticket numbers within two business days, contact KVNF at 970-527-4866
All online ticket numbers will be distributed no later than August 28, 2025, at 5 PM MST

GRAND PRIZE INFORMATION

The raffle grand prize is a 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5, 2.4L 4-cylinder engine.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase, including phone, email, and mail correspondence if necessary.
If the winner does not respond to initial contact attempts, KVNF will provide notification via certified mail, return receipt requested, in accordance with Colorado raffle regulations. The winner will have 30 days from confirmed receipt of the certified mailing to claim the prize.
Winner is responsible for all costs related to title, license, registration, insurance, delivery/pickup, and all applicable taxes
Proof of age and government-issued ID is required
Winner must agree to allow use of their name, city, and likeness for publicity

DRAWING DETAILS

All ticket stubs will be placed into a raffle hopper and mixed thoroughly
Drawing will be conducted by a KVNF representative under supervision of a certified Games Manager
Winner will be notified via phone and/or certified mail
Winning name and ticket number will be posted on KVNF.org and other media
Winner must show valid ID and consent to a brief interview and photo for broadcast, website, and social media use
