ABOUT THE RAFFLE
This raffle is a fundraising effort organized by North Fork Valley Public Radio, Inc., to support KVNF Community Radio operations. It is conducted in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

Key Terms:
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
- Tickets are not tax-deductible
- Participants must be at least 18 years old
- Tickets may not be purchased for or transferred to individuals under 18
- Only one individual’s name may appear per ticket
- KVNF board members, employees, contractors, and their spouses/partners are not eligible to participate
- A maximum of 5,499 tickets will be sold
- Ticket numbers are not guaranteed to be issued in sequence
Online Ticket Sales and Distribution:
- Receipts with your unique ticket number(s) will be emailed
- Printed ticket stubs will be entered into the drawing
- U.S. Postal regulations prohibit mailing physical tickets
- If you do not receive your ticket numbers within two business days, contact KVNF at 970-527-4866
- All online ticket numbers will be distributed no later than August 28, 2025, at 5 PM MST
GRAND PRIZE INFORMATION
The raffle grand prize is a 2025 Toyota 4Runner SR5, 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, Model 8664A.
- Winner will have 6–8 weeks after the drawing to collect the vehicle
- Option to apply the cash value toward another Toyota vehicle at Hellman Toyota in Delta, CO
- Winner is responsible for all costs related to title, license, registration, insurance, delivery/pickup, and all applicable taxes
- Proof of age and government-issued ID is required
- Winner must agree to allow use of their name, city, and likeness for publicity
DRAWING DETAILS
- All ticket stubs will be placed into a raffle drum and mixed thoroughly
- Drawing will be conducted by a KVNF representative under supervision of a certified Games Manager
- Winner will be notified via phone and/or certified mail
- Winning name and ticket number will be posted on KVNF.org and other media
- Winner must show valid ID and consent to a brief interview and photo for broadcast, website, and social media use
