Call for Board Nominations & Bylaw Change Proposals

KVNF’s governing body, North Fork Valley Public Radio, Inc., is calling for nominations for Board members and proposals for changes to the corporation's bylaws. Proposals for bylaw changes must be accompanied by a written rationale for the proposed changes. (Current bylaws are available here.) Nominations for Board positions must be accompanied by a Statement of Intent and biography.  Both nominations for Board membership and bylaw changes must be submitted in writing by the close of business on Friday, September 4, 2020.  Submissions must be addressed to Pam Ellison, Board President, and can be sent via email to pam@kvnf.org, regular mail to KVNF, PO Box 1350, Paonia, 81428 or dropped off at the KVNF office, 233 Grand Avenue in Paonia.  Again, the deadline for submissions is September 4th at 5:00 pm.  Thanks for being part of Mountain Grown Community Radio KVNF.
