Western Slope Conservation Center's 2026 Annual Meeting
Western Slope Conservation Center's 2026 Annual Meeting
Our WSCC Annual Meeting will take place on March 15th, from 4–6 PM at Hotchkiss Memorial Hall.
We can’t wait to share highlights from the past year, enjoy food together, and offer plenty of thank-yous to the incredible community that makes this work possible. Members will join us for conversation, connection, and a look ahead at what’s next for conservation on the Western Slope!
We’re also excited that our keynote speaker, Heather Hansman, an acclaimed author, will discuss finding hero stories in conservation, inspired by the book she is currently writing. Heather will be signing copies of her other books, Downriver: Into the Future of Water in the West and Powder Days: Ski Bums, Ski Towns, and the Future of Chasing Snow, immediately following the event, so be sure to pick up a copy at Paonia Books today! We will also have a few books for sale at the event.
Lastly, we will have pizza, snacks, and beverages available for attendees, and we will be set up to accept donations!
