In the fall of 2017, four seventh-grade girls from Ridgway Colorado formed a group called “Carry On! Ridgway Reuses.” Their goal was to ban single-use plastic bags in their hometown and address the global dangers of plastics. KVNF’s Ali Lightfoot spoke with these young activists about their efforts.
