Two other County Clerks have joined Boulder County in issuing same sex marriage licenses, and at the same time, many are firmly saying they will not. Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Sheila Reiner is president of the Colorado County Clerks Association, and has joined with others in not issuing licenses.
