Join Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and San Juan Mountains Association for a fire ring dispersal project along the three forks of the Cimarron River in the Uncompahgre National Forest. Come prepared to do some work, hiking, and camping with fellow conservation minded folks.

We hope to rally our community to join us all day Friday, June 23rd and 1⁄2 day, Saturday, June 24th to remove fire rings identified by the Forest Service along the Middle and West forks of the Cimarron. Feel free to come in early on the 22nd and stay later through the 25th. Children are welcome to participate in this event with the supervision of a parent/guardian. All participants will be asked to sign a BHA liability waiver prior to participating.
