Movement As Medicine
Movement as Medicine is an experiential dance practice facilitated by Arlyn Alderdice. This practice will be accompanied by live local musicians Daniel B, Sami Akert, and Chloe Brooke. We will explore surrender, lightness, and deep peace as we dance our way home to ourselves. Suggested donation $15-$35. Childcare provided onsite!
