The Western Slope Conservation Center and the Nature Connection are hosting a “Walk and Roll Audit” on April 3rd, 2024 at 2:30pm, beginning at Town Hall. The goal for this event is to assess walking and biking routes between different points in Paonia and Apple Valley Park, identify pedestrian and bicycle safety hazards, and suggest collaborative solutions. All members of the public are welcome to join and participate. We are specifically looking for children, families, seniors and community members with disabilities to help identify barriers in connecting to our public spaces.
