iSeeChange: Forecasting A Fire Season

With record wet and cold in the east, and record dry and hot in the west, some meteorologists are scratching their heads. The country seems caught in a bi-polar vortex.

For some iSeeChange observers, the changes they’ve seen seem kind of familiar. Independent producer Laura Krantz has the story.
