Arrests Made In Hays Drug Store Burglary

The sign posted on the front door the morning the burglary was discovered.

There’s been an arrest regarding the break-in late last month at Hays Drug Store in Paonia.  According to the arrest warrant, over $11,000 worth of prescription medication was stolen, including Morphine, Oxycontin, Methadone, Larazepam, and Acetminophen. 

Levi Hyde was arrested on charges of 2nd degree burglary, theft of $5,000 to $20,000, and possession of a schedule one substance.  Kaysha Devlin was also arrested on complicity of those same charges.
