Colorado 2014 Election Results
Congressman Cory Gardner was elected to the U.S. Senate defeating Democratic incumbent Mark Udall. The GOP now controls the Senate.
Governor John Hickenlooper has been reelected defeating Republican challenger Bob Beauprez.
Amendment 67, the personhood measure, failed.
Amendment 68, the initiative to allow casino-style gambling at horse race tracks, failed.
Proposition 104, the open school board meeting measure, passed.
Proposition 105, the GMO labeling measure, failed.
Marijuana Ballot Measures
The communities of Paonia and Ouray voted down retail marijuana establishments.
Palisade is still counting votes on its initiative.
The city of Gunnison has approved retail marijuana establishments and will levy additional local taxes on the industry.
