Drew McCracken, who lives in Ridgway and serves Chief Operating Officer of an international non-profit focused on an array of public health issues, talked about his love for community radio and how KVNF became his local station.

Anne has spent her adult life living in rural communities throughout the western and southwestern states, tuning in and collecting community public radio stations. Today, she lives in Montrose and works as a forensic social worker on the western slope of Colorado. Dogs, family, chickens, friends, and being outdoors keep her grounded (not necessarily in that order).

Larry Kaplow edits the work of NPR's correspondents in the Middle East and helps direct coverage about the region. That has included NPR's work on the Syrian civil war, the Trump administration's reduction in refugee admissions, the Iran nuclear deal, the US-backed fight against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, and the conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians.

Craig produces sound-rich features and breaking news coverage for WGBH News in Boston. His features have run nationally on NPR's Morning Edition, All Things Considered and Weekend Edition, as well as on PRI's The World and Marketplace. Craig has won a number of national and regional awards for his reporting, including two national Edward R. Murrow awards in 2015, the national Society of Professional Journalists Sigma Delta Chi award feature reporting in 2011, first place awards in 2012 and 2009 from the national Public Radio News Directors Inc. and second place in 2007 from the national Society of Environmental Journalists. Craig is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Tufts University.
