With warming temperatures and melting spring snow come the first blooms in the mountains. Join Ridgway writer Mary Menz and Montrose photographer Jim Pisarowicz as they share their extensive plant knowledge and flower-finding tips. Participants will meet at the site.

The specific location for this guided experience will be shared one week prior to the event, depending on their scouting report.

Different elevations and habitats provide opportunities to view a wide variety of Colorado’s native plants and wildflowers. Register for one guided experience or all! Maximum of 12 participants.

Registration includes a copy of their book Common Wildflowers of the San Juan Mountains (second printing 2022) and surprize items, too!
