Yoga with Horses
Yoga with Horses
A Winter Fundraiser Supporting Horses & Healing
Join Wild Pine Equine Sanctuary and Dare to Dream Equine Learning Center, for a unique 90-minute winter experience: a slow, grounding yoga practice shared alongside horses, followed by warm connection and conversation.
This special fundraiser honors the season we are still in — a time of stillness, rest, and quiet integration — rather than rushing toward the energy of the new year. Guided by breath, gentle movement, and the steady presence of the horses, we’ll explore what it means to move slowly, listen deeply, and be supported.
Each participant will be paired with a horse for the duration of the practice.
No riding, yoga or horse experience required.
What the Experience Includes:
- A guided grounding meditation beside your horse
- A slow, accessible standing yoga flow practiced next to the horses
- A restorative floor practice while horses rest nearby
- A closing standing meditation to integrate the experience
- Warm tea, light refreshments, and time to connect
- An informal Q&A and opportunity to meet the horses and learn more about both organizations
The practice itself lasts approximately 75 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of relaxed connection, tea, and conversation.
