San Juan Barrel Fest – A Toast to Local Flavor & Live Music in Ridgway, Colorado

Raise your glass at San Juan Barrel Fest—Ridgway’s signature tasting event and a lively fundraiser for the historic Sherbino Theater! Held annually in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, this unique festival brings together the best of Western Colorado’s craft brewers, barrel-aged specialists, and regional vintners. Each participating brewery or winery offers a one-of-a-kind cask, barrel-aged brew, or specialty wine made just for this event—some with experimental flavors, others rooted in tradition.

Guests (21+ with valid ID) can sample these rare creations while enjoying live music, delicious bites, and Ridgway’s unbeatable small-town charm. Though tastings are limited to adults, all ages are welcome to join in the festivities, enjoy the music, and soak up the fun.

The San Juan Barrel Fest follows the quirky and beloved Ridgway 1K Rally Thru the Alley, making for an unforgettable afternoon of community, creativity, and craft beverages.
