Guardian reporter Chris McGreal's latest article is on lawsuits filed by local Colorado governments seeking climate mitigation funds from energy companies based on accusations of deceptive practices, consumer fraud, and suppressing their own scientific evidence. High Country News climate justice reporter Sarah Sax talks about why the new IPCC report shows we shouldn't give up combating climate change.
