As familiar as the Sun and the Moon, clouds assume a wide array of shapes and sizes—from ominous cumulonimbus to cottony altocumulus, feathery cirrus to leaden stratus, and various hybrids in-between. A long and emotional Delta County hearing focused on Fort Austin, an agritourism property near Paonia. The Board of Adjustment upheld a county ruling that the operation is an unlawful non-conforming use, despite questions about the complaint that triggered enforcement. KVNF’s Brody Wilson reports.
