Delta County Commissioners could entertain a second opportunity to approve a nearly 400-acre solar project east of Delta. The original application, twice approved by the county’s planning commission, was denied by the board of county commissioners on a 2 to 1 vote in March, however a new application has been submitted by DMEA.
