Learn how to turn milk into cheese! Discussion on raising dairy animals, types of cheese, different cultures, aged cheeses, sanitation, equipment, and more! Sample local cheeses made by local cheesemakers and gain hands-on Cheesemaking experience!

Suanne is the co-owner and cheesemaker at Western Culture Farmstead, a goat micro-dairy in Paonia. Mark has been raising goats and making cheese on his diversified family farm for over 15 years in Hotchkiss. Emily has been raising dairy goats and turning their milk into cheese and yogurt for 15 years on her farm in Paonia.
