Explore the vibrant world of chalk pastels in this fun, hands-on art class led by Weehawken's youth art instructor, Claudia Brauer! Learn and experiment with chalk pastels to create a series of small landscape drawings from a variety of photographs. Simple techniques such as layering, color mixing, and sketching a composition will be demonstrated. Perfect for beginners. All materials provided.

Beverages are available for purchase. The Imogene rooftop includes a covered area to provide shelter from the sun and rain; however, we recommend wearing a sun hat or bringing sunscreen.
