This is a 6 week session for 1hr at the Blue Sage Center for the Arts.
TempleDance is an experiential and ritual experience to reclaim and rewrite your story through the power of somatic and sensual movement with the transformative power of Burlesque, Bellydance, Somatic Movement, Yoga, Tai Chi, Tantric practices and other sensual movement forms from around the world.

This movement practice originates from a time long ago when we danced in temples as a form of divine worship of the feminine attributes of creativity, intuition and sensual movement as a form of devotion, storytelling, and worship of the Divine via the transmissions of the earthly form, providing movement, exercise, and stability, while channeling messages from the Higher Self outward for personal and collective healing.

An all inclusive and expansive invitation for all genders and orientations to step into sensual power and embody the new aspects of you that are waiting to be reborn and explored through the sacred art of TempleDance. An ancient devotional and feminine art form that reminds us of where we come from, pulling out codes from our DNA and forges a new path forward to move fully Embodied, Actualized and more Confident and Free in our selves.

Class punch cards is available for a discounted rate for all 6 classes at $100 and can also be used for Ecstatic Dance sessions on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 7pm, otherwise a drop in rate of $20 per class applies and pre registration is greatly appreciated:)
