Writing as Remedy workshops at Wellspring Vitality invite you into a supportive, creative space where storytelling becomes a tool for healing, reflection, and connection. Through friendly prompts and shared presence, we use words to process what’s been held, honor lived experience, and remember that we don’t heal alone. No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up and explore.

Midweek Reset: Yoga with Katy – Every Wednesday at 11 a.m.

These mid-morning sessions are a perfect way to reconnect with yourself, shake off stress, and enjoy gentle movement in community. Expect mindful flow, breath awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready for the day!

Music on the Mesa in Norwood—a FREE summer concert series—presents WOLF JETT at the San Miguel County Fairgrounds! Gates at 4:30pm, show at 7pm. Food and vendors, KidZone, yard games, cash bar. Plenty of public lands camping in the area!
