WCAL #600/KVNFIn a recent decision the U.S. Postal Service says it will proceed with a controversial plan affecting thousands of customers and postal workers on Colorado’s Western Slope. The change will affect customers in the 814, 815 and 816 area. Prior to the changes, the Postal service hosted a public hearing in Grand Junction drawing roughly 200 persons.
