Theater Games at Paonia Library. Children are invited to join us for an afternoon of theater games, improv, and imagination-based activities at the Paonia Library. This program is open to all kids ages 8-12. Theatre Games will meet on the second Thursday of each month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., through the month of May. Join massage therapist Liz Evans for an immersive introduction to our Oxygen Training Suite, where you’ll have the opportunity to experience the power of breath in a supportive, hands-on environment. During this session, you’ll explore LiveO2 oxygen training, a dynamic system designed to enhance energy, recovery, and overall vitality, and gain a deeper understanding of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and how it supports the body’s natural healing processes.
Together, we’ll move beyond theory and into practice—guiding you through simple yet effective breathing techniques that can help regulate your nervous system, improve oxygen efficiency, and create a greater sense of balance in the body. This experience is designed not only to educate, but to empower you with tools you can carry into your daily life. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your breath and practical ways to begin cultivating a personalized breathwork practice at home.

This Ecstatic-style dance is a self-guided dance practice in a facilitated space with no speaking during the music. It does not have to look like dance, nor does it have to be "ecstatic." Come as you are.
Arrive at 1 PM to warm up, stretch, and gently settle in. Opening circle starts 10-15 minutes in, and we will gather for a closing circle after about an hour of eclectic recorded music.
All humans are welcome! Age 12 and under please bring an adult with you. We do not have childcare at this time, so adults please be responsible for your little ones.Please bring water!
