Intro to Breathwork: Regulate • Reconnect • RestoreAn 8-week, trauma-aware breathwork series focused on nervous system regulation, inner safety, and embodied presence.
This gentle series offers a slower, more accessible approach to breathwork: prioritizing choice, pacing, and rest over intensity. Each session includes gentle movement, guided breath practices, simple nervous system education, and closes with gong sound healing for deep rest and integration.
Ideal for:Beginners, highly sensitive individuals, caregivers, bodyworkers, and anyone feeling stressed, anxious, fatigued, or disconnected.

Whether you’re a seasoned joke-slinger or just sketch-curious, no experience is necessary; everyone is welcome!
