Steve Ela is a fourth generation Orchardist. His family has been growing cherries, peaches, pears, plums, apples, and berries in Western CO for 100+ years. Steve serves on the National Organic Standards Board and is a wealth of information on organic standards, organic orchard management, and soil science.
