Free for students weekly: Mondays: 7-8 year olds at 4:00P, 9-12 year olds at 5:00P. Wednesdays: 5-6 year olds at 4:00P.

Students are free, elementary age must be accompanied by an adult.

Exercise for body and mind, strengthen balance and poster. Check website for holiday schedule.

Connection in Community, including sharing thirty minutes of silent sitting.
All are welcome to this weekly meditation circle.
