The library and Tri-County Health are partnering for an information session about health insurance options available through the Colorado marketplace. Bring your questions for a Q&A at the end. Awareness, Support, Education. Meets first and third Wednesdays of each month.
This space is intended for ages 14-18 who would benefit from learning how sex and our sexuality shows up in our bodies, our relationships, and our culture. Each session will involve the introduction of new content aiming towards comprehensive sexual health education and discussion. The curriculum of these facilitated sessions is designed to empower young adults to foster care, safety, and joy with their bodies and their sexuality. Parents night: August 27th Co-facilitated by Blake McClain and Alicia Michaelsen.

The purpose of this class is to become more attuned to yourself through music transforming itself into movement in your body. There is no right or wrong way to move here, just what feels right to you. This class takes mindfulness to a different level, allowing energy to flow through you and identifying what feels good. Physical movement can help alleviate stress, as well as emotional and physical pains.
