Spoonies is a monthly gathering for those navigating chronic pain, neurological or physical conditions and the grift, isolation and advocacy that comes with it.

Find friendship, shared wisdom, trusted medical resources and practical tools for self-advocacy.

Paonia Water Users: Mandatory Water Restrictions Now in Effect

To help protect our shared water supply during the summer season, all Paonia water users must follow the authorized watering schedule below:

--> Watering Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
--> Watering Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM only

Watering overnight helps reduce evaporation, keeps landscaping healthier, and helps ensure essential water use remains available for the whole community.

Come hear the extraordinary sounds of The Ordinary Two! Supporting their new album, "Stereo" live at Snow Capped Cider in Cedaredge.

Sultry vocals and fancy fretwork spin tales of life, love and the open road in a unique Alt/Folk/Jazz blend of playful, inspiring, and wistful original songs - along with some unexpected covers. Together they harmonize like only soul-mates can.

In this workshop you'll discover how to:

• Create lasting change using practical spiritual and mindset tools.
• Leave with a personal action plan you can begin immediately

This Ecstatic-style dance is a self-guided dance practice in a facilitated space with no speaking during the music. It does not have to look like dance, nor does it have to be "ecstatic." Come as you are.

Arrive at 1 PM to warm up, stretch, and gently settle in. Opening circle starts 10-15 minutes in, and we will gather for a closing circle after about an hour of eclectic recorded music.

All humans are welcome! Age 12 and under please bring an adult with you. We do not have childcare at this time, so adults please be responsible for your little ones.
