Mindful Mamas is a group where parents, at any stage, can come together to share about their experiences and ask for advice. There are also resources and classes available throughout the year.

Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery presents “The Power of the Mic”, a Spoken Word Open Mic. Express yourself by sharing up to five minutes of poetry, slam poetry, stand-up comedy, or any other form of word art! If you’re not interested in performing, come enjoy the Gallery and support the spoken word artists while you experience the power of expression through words. The Mic starts at 7PM, the 4th Monday of each month, at Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery, 33 N. Uncompahgre Avenue in Downtown Montrose. Doors will open at 6:45 for signups. All ages are welcome. Please be aware that some material may be for mature audiences. Entry is FREE! Any and all donations are appreciated.

Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery (HRAG) is about Art and Music. The Gallery affords diverse individuals a user-friendly space to create, exhibit, and sell a variety of artwork. Theater Games at Paonia Library. Children are invited to join us for an afternoon of theater games, improv, and imagination-based activities at the Paonia Library. This program is open to all kids ages 8-12. Theatre Games will meet on the second Thursday of each month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., through the month of May.
