Now officially under The Sherbino’s nonprofit umbrella, RIFF is powered by the community, and we want your eyes, your opinions, and your passion for film. Whether you’re a film fanatic, curious community member, or aspiring critic, this is your chance to see what’s next in indie cinema and help us make the 2025 Ridgway Independent Film Festival unforgettable.
Join us at the Sherbino Theater on Mondays in June for a special in-person film screening series, where we’ll showcase a curated selection of never-before-seen short film submissions from filmmakers around the world. Disney High School Musical JRThu Jun 12, 2025 - Sat Jun 21, 2025
Disney Channel's smash hit movie musical comes to life on your stage in Disney’s High School Musical JR. It’s the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs and Thespians all find their cliques. Basketball team captain and resident jock, Troy, discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. The duo cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella’s alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well. Directed by Lisa Rediger and Shannon Rediger. Tickets at magiccircleplayers.com. Magic Circle Players, 420 S 12th St, Montrose. Box office: 970-249-7838.
