Midweek Reset: Yoga with Katy – Every Wednesday at 11 a.m.Take a deep breath, stretch it out, find your youthful body again. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, Katy’s warm, grounding guidance makes space for all bodies and all levels.These mid-morning sessions are a perfect way to reconnect with yourself, shake off stress, and enjoy gentle movement in community. Expect mindful flow, breath awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready for the day!
For home-schooled students, an explorative art class.
Free for students weekly: Mondays: 7-8 year olds at 4:00P, 9-12 year olds at 5:00P. Wednesdays: 5-6 year olds at 4:00P.

Writing as Remedy workshops at Wellspring Vitality invite you into a supportive, creative space where storytelling becomes a tool for healing, reflection, and connection. Through friendly prompts and shared presence, we use words to process what’s been held, honor lived experience, and remember that we don’t heal alone. No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up and explore.

Whether you’re a seasoned joke-slinger or just sketch-curious, no experience is necessary; everyone is welcome!
