He also pointed out illegal parking on Bridge Street including trailers, ATVs and go-karts and suggested doubling fees for parking violations.
  • the Delta County Sheriff's Office is advising the community about a phone scam in the area. They say citizens are receiving calls from someone pretending to be a Deputy or Sergeant stating they missed a jury summons and have a warrant for their arrest. Citizens are then told to come to the Sheriff's Office with a card to pay to squash the warrant.
