The purpose of this class is to become more attuned to yourself through music transforming itself into movement in your body. There is no right or wrong way to move here, just what feels right to you. This class takes mindfulness to a different level, allowing energy to flow through you and identifying what feels good. Physical movement can help alleviate stress, as well as emotional and physical pains.

Join us for 'Fridays on the Farm' throughout the summer from 4-9pm! Enjoy beverages made with Billy Goat hops - beer from supporting craft breweries, plus hop bubble water! There will also be a rotating food truck, plenty of room for yard games, fun merchandise, music, and amazing views from the San Juan Mountains to the Grand Mesa. Plus, watch the hops grow, mature, and be harvested. Yay agriculture! Children, dogs, & goats are welcome and encouraged to come! We also have a campground on the farm open seven days a week. Attendees and brewers alike can enjoy fresh hop and seasonal beers from across the region in a rad complimentary taster glass.
