Writing as Remedy workshops at Wellspring Vitality invite you into a supportive, creative space where storytelling becomes a tool for healing, reflection, and connection. Through friendly prompts and shared presence, we use words to process what’s been held, honor lived experience, and remember that we don’t heal alone. No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up and explore.

The Hispanic Affairs Project and Valley Food Partnership, in partnership with Working Films, invite the community to a free screening of Without Shade Without Rest, a new documentary film.
The film looks at the fight to win heat protection for outdoor workers in Florida in the wake of the hottest year on record, following two frontline organizations, the Coalition of Immokalee Workers and WeCount!, as they work to secure lasting protections for Florida’s outdoor laborers.
The screening will take place on Tuesday, July 28th, at 6:30 pm at the Hispanic Affairs Project, 504 N 1st Street in Montrose.

Join us for live music every Friday down at the hop yard in Montrose! Of course, there will be amazing hopped beers and beverages, a rotating food truck, yard games, and incredible views from the San Juans to the Grand Mesa. Kids, dogs, and goats always welcome.
