Transform your core to transform your life!
Three days a week, deep stretching and functional movement to support your daily routines. Monday & Wednesday at North Fork Karate in Paonia, 8:15-9:15 am; Thursdays at Wellspring Vitality 8:15-9:15 AM. First class is free, then classes are $10 to drop in or $90 for a 10 punch pass.

Connection in Community, including sharing thirty minutes of silent sitting.
All are welcome to this weekly meditation circle.

Downtown Paonia sparkles with creativity during Final Friday Frolics. The last Friday of each month, year-round, visit galleries, studios, boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy our tasty local food and wine, mingle with the community and find the perfect treasure to take home. You never know what you might find…wine tasting, farm-to-table dinners, live music, exhibition openings and more!

Join us in celebrating the 10th Benefit for the Uncompahgre River hosted by RIGS Fly Shop & Guide Service and Telluride Angler at the Wright Opera House in Ouray, April 24th. The doors will open at 5 p.m. Plan to come early because there will be door prizes, drawings, a silent auction, food and cash bar available, and fly tying competitions! The films will start at 6 p.m.

The Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) is proud to celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026, marking two decades of unforgettable stories, breathtaking landscapes, and a community bound by a passion for fly fishing. This milestone year promises to be a landmark event, as the tour kicks off with a fresh collection of the finest fly fishing films from across the globe. Presented by Skwala, Yeti, and Costa.

100% of the proceeds raised from this event will be donated to the Uncompahgre Watershed Partnership for projects slated to improve river health and habitat within the Uncompahgre River Valley.

The Montrose Farmers Market is a year-round, outdoor market in beautiful downtown Montrose, Colorado!

Enjoy abundant fresh, local food and artisan crafts from the Western Slope. Live music, kids’ activities, and events all year round!

The Montrose Farmers Market welcomes SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks, and Local Pharmacy RX vouchers.
