Writing as Remedy workshops at Wellspring Vitality invite you into a supportive, creative space where storytelling becomes a tool for healing, reflection, and connection. Through friendly prompts and shared presence, we use words to process what’s been held, honor lived experience, and remember that we don’t heal alone. No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up and explore.

Hotchkiss is still the place to be every Wednesday night at 6 pm at the Memorial Hall! Come on out and show off your amazing talents at the Hotchkiss Open Mic which used to be at the Creamery Arts Center!! It's still hosted by DJ Rich Powell and still lots of fun!! Each participant has 10 minutes to wow every one and this free event is open to the public!! Hope to see you there!!

About Susan Humphrey: I am a western Colorado native. I was raised on a ranch that bordered the Black Canyon National Park on the south rim. I am a photographer and paint digitally, also traditionally. I have fun and enjoy how I spend my time these days. I retired after 35 years in retail management. I am a college graduate with a degree in Food Nutrition, and a Minor in Interior Design.
