This is a 3-day course August 16, 17, & 23. Saturdays are9-11AM. Sunday is1-3PM.
The purpose of this class is to become more attuned to yourself through music transforming itself into movement in your body. There is no right or wrong way to move here, just what feels right to you. This class takes mindfulness to a different level, allowing energy to flow through you and identifying what feels good. Physical movement can help alleviate stress, as well as emotional and physical pains.
Open Studio days and hours have changed. Please see poster or go to www.gmaec.org for details.
