It’s Picking at the Pea Antiques Sale time! Ghost Riders in the Sky, rides again!

Take a gander through time, when horses and cattle and ghosts wondered the plains. There are over 25 of the best vendors around, selling western vintage and all the things you love. We have homemade, mouth watering goodies, lot’s of heartfelt vignettes in our general store museum, and something ghostly flying overhead.

Watch your step in Horse Cemetary, you don’t want them rearing up outta the ground. Blow the dust off your favorite old cowboy hat, kick off your boots and watch a fake movie, See ya soon, we thank ya kindly for coming out!

Comic Fest is coming to the Delta County Libraries! Join us for a free celebration of comics, cosplay, movies, art, and pop culture. Enjoy engaging panel discussions: Making Movies in Colorado, The Basics Of Hand Stitching and Costume Pattern Making, and the 501st Legion. The 501st Legion, also known as "Vader's Fist", is a renowned group of volunteer cosplayers dedicated to creating and wearing screen-accurate costumes of characters from the Star Wars universe.

Browse creative vendors, show off your best look in costume contests for Kids/Adults/Groups, grab a bite from local food trucks, and immerse yourself in a day of fandom fun. Whether you're a lifelong comic fan or just curious, Comic Fest has something for everyone!

Seating for panelists will be limited. To reserve your spot to see a panelist, use the reservation link on the Delta County Libraries website, or call the Delta Library at 970-874-9630.

The Learning Council has been blessed with an abundance of locally grown, organic produce! But with it comes the need for helping hands to process, preserve and prepare this abundance for the community. If you would like to volunteer please reach out to cater@thelearningcoucnil.org We would love to spend some time in the kitchen with you!

All ages may use, elementary age must be accompanied by an adult.

Join the community every Saturday for open craft studio and snacks. Bring your own craft supplies or use what we have. Bring food to share or share food with others. FREE event but we do accept donations or tips.

Country Western Hoedown

Magic Circle Players invites you to a COUNTRY WESTERN HOEDOWN at beautiful South River Farm in Montrose. Join us for an evening of live music, food trucks, line dancing, and a cash bar. We have barn tours, photo booths, a Sherriff and a jail cell! Pay to have your friends " arrested", or purchase a Sherriff's badge onsite for immunity. Come celebrate AUTUMN with an unforgettable evening of community, fun and entertainment.
