Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, Katy’s warm, grounding guidance makes space for all bodies and all levels.These mid-morning sessions are a perfect way to reconnect with yourself, shake off stress, and enjoy gentle movement in community. Expect mindful flow, breath awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready for the day!
Free for students weekly: Mondays: 7-8 year olds at 4:00P, 9-12 year olds at 5:00P. Wednesdays: 5-6 year olds at 4:00P.
