Adam Frisch and Jeff Hurd tackle issues during Club 20 debate

The candidates for Colorado’s Third Congressional District, Republican Jeff Hurd and Democrat Adam Frisch, squared off in a debate hosted by Club 20 in Grand Junction on Saturday. The hour-long debate touched on topics including the economy of rural Colorado, water, energy, immigration policy and abortion.

CD3 Candidate Adam Frisch told KVNF that he’s planning trip to the US/ Mexico border. I spoke with Frisch prior to his trip South during a recent stop in Delta, Colorado.The second time candidate says he plans to meet with farmers, ranchers, elected civic leaders and communities.

Adam Frisch served on the Aspen City Council from 2011 to 2019. Jeff Hurd has not served in a political office.

The long awaited trial of Tina Peters is underway in a Grand Junction courtroom. The former Mesa County clerk and recorder is accused of allegedly tampering with her county’s voting machines in search of election fraud in the 2020 Presidential race.

Adam Frisch, Democratic Candidate for Colorado's Third Congressional District, continues to rack up the miles and seek support from Democrats, Independents and Republicans. Frisch will face Republican Jeff Hurd from Grand Junction in the November election.
