Midweek Reset: Yoga with Katy – Every Wednesday at 11 a.m.Take a deep breath, stretch it out, find your youthful body again. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, Katy’s warm, grounding guidance makes space for all bodies and all levels.These mid-morning sessions are a perfect way to reconnect with yourself, shake off stress, and enjoy gentle movement in community. Expect mindful flow, breath awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready for the day!

This space is intended for ages 14-18 who would benefit from learning how sex and our sexuality shows up in our bodies, our relationships, and our culture. Each session will involve the introduction of new content aiming towards comprehensive sexual health education and discussion. The curriculum of these facilitated sessions is designed to empower young adults to foster care, safety, and joy with their bodies and their sexuality. September is suicide prevention awareness month. Join SPARC (Suicide Prevention, Awareness and Recovery Coalition) for the Walk for Hope in Montrose. Speakers will share messages of hope prior to a short walk along Townsend. Free coffee, doughnuts and a sign making table will be available for participants. This is also an opportunity to visit with resource tables and local non-profits working to support behavioral health efforts in our region. This is a free event hosted by Tri-County Health Network.
