Core Transformation Fitness Classes are available outdoors everyday in both Hotchkiss and Paonia.
You are invited to the gentle Core Transformation Class! This workout borrows and combines movements from various deep core workouts like yoga, pilates, and callanetics to create - a system of deep muscle contraction and deep body awareness.
Core Transformation is continually evolving and will teach you things that you can apply all day, every day like Core Walking, breathwork, and restorative movement strategies that will keep your body out of pain and feeling lithe, graceful and supple.

Outdoor classes with Liz are every Monday and Friday from 2-3pm in the green space behind Zack's BBQ. Wear clothes you can move in and bring water. Yoga mats and trampolines will be provided.

Visit the Paonia Museum and the Historic Bowie Schoolhouse Museum and learn the history of the North Fork Valley. Located next to the Paonia River Park. The museums are open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 am till noon. Free but donations are appreciated.
Lindsey Watson and Andrea E. Rosenberry are both staff attorneys with Colorado Legal Services. They represent low-income and marginalized/at-risk individuals, and will give a presentation over tenant's rights. Take home handy printed guides to help you practice on your own. Bring your own computer or device or check one out at the library. Every Friday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
